PAIN AND REHAB COACHING

Pain & Rehab Coaching focuses on helping you manage pain, recover from injury, and rebuild confidence in movement. Through guided, personalized exercise, we address limitations in strength, mobility, and function.​ The focus is not only on reducing symptoms, but on helping you understand your pain, build confidence in movement, and return to the activities that matter to you. 

 

A key part of the process is understanding you — your history, your goals, and your experience. You are the expert in your own body. Collaboration and Communication are at the forefront of this process. Together, we can make steady progress to help you feel better now while building long-term resilience.

PERFORMANCE, STRENGTH, AND CONDITIONING TRAINING

Performance, Strength & Conditioning is focused on helping you build strength, improve movement quality, and enhance overall physical performance. More importantly, this is training simplified. Programs are tailored to your goals and designed using evidence-based principles to help you train effectively, progress over time, and reduce your risk of injury - while emphasizing quality over quantity. Our guidance will allow your training to be efficient so that you can be confident you're making progress while still freeing up time for the other meaningful things in your life.

​Whether you’re new to exercise or have years of experience, programs are adapted to meet you where you’re at. This is a collaborative approach where your input shapes the process, and you’re supported with the structure, guidance, and ideas needed to train with purpose and confidence.

IN-HOME PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP WORKSHOPS FOR SENIORS

APPOINTMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Initial Assessment ($100) - 60 min initial call 

A collaborative starting point focused on understanding you as a whole — your story, goals, history, and current concerns. This session combines in-depth discussion with movement assessment to build a clear picture of where you’re at and what matters most to you.

Together, we use this information to develop a personalized plan and outline the next steps, so you leave with clarity, direction, and confidence in how to move forward.

Follow-Up ($60) - 30-45min follow-up call:

Ongoing sessions provided as needed, focused on helping you continue to build strength, improve movement, and make consistent progress toward your goals. Each session is guided and adapted based on how you’re feeling, how you’re progressing, and what you need at that stage.

The focus is on progression over time — refining your program, building capacity, and providing the support and structure needed to help you move and perform with confidence.

Following your sessions, you’ll receive an appointment summary and exercise programs to help guide you between visits and support your progress over time. This ensures you always know what to focus on and how to continue building momentum outside of sessions.

Please note: Kinesiology services may be covered under some extended health benefit plans. Coverage varies, so it’s recommended to check with your insurance company for details.
